We've uncovered a little stack of these GLOSSY 8x10 Sir Millard Mulch promo photos. 

These were manufactured in late 2006, as soon as Sir Millard Mulch arrived in Los Angeles -- and just months before the Steve Vai audition that ruined his music career forever. 

All 8x10s will be autographed (and can be personalized via some sort of automatic-writing parlor trick by our resident magician).
